The fields at top, down through “email,” are only for WSO use and will not be made public. As for the other questions, please try to answer as many as you can, but “musical training” and “musical experience” are the most important. We are looking for a “chatty and informal” tone here, so have fun with this. Once the information is collected, we will make edits where appropriate before publishing.
